  How to apply those Dynamic wallpapers?
Step 1. Install those Dynamic wallpaper applications
Step 2. open Huawei theme Application
Step 3.Select the Customise option

EMUI 4 Users: Goto "Mine" section > Customise



Step 4. 
[EMUI 5/8] After that press on home screen Wallpaper > Livewallpaper> Local Section


[EMUI 4 ]  Select Home Screen > More > Livewallpaper> Local Section

Step 5 Select the live wallpaper, that you have installed

After that, you have successfully applied it
